Working with Monash University’s Faculty of Education and Faculty of Science, Magpie founded and produced the ‘STEM Talks’. From 2014 to 2018, we worked with 23 world leading Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics experts to help them distill and share their research insights from their work on some of the challenging problems that confront the world. These were held as live 15 minute public talks that were filmed and shared by Monash University across their YouTube Channels. The purpose of the STEM talks was to translate scientific research for a broad audience, to encourage STEM education and to share research journeys as human endeavours.
